In class on Monday we sat in groups and drew each other. I think these show some progress since the last time we did this exercise but I can't find my old drawing pad to know for sure. I guess that part of the reason I'm keeping this blog =P This is the best one out of 5. I am consistently losing the structure when I get to the jaw and mouth pillar.

Head proportion practice. The idea was to keep it simple but to put in enough information to be able to tell if something's really wrong. I tried to do them as quickly as possible because it's my initial reaction that I'm trying to improve. When I did linger to fix problems I tried to apply the knowledge gained to the next one. I noticed that I regularly put the jaw too low and I hope now that I'm aware of the problem I can try and change my habit.
